What do I bring to the Live Scan Appointment?

Each person to be fingerprinted must provide the following information at the time of the fingerprinting:

  1. The live scan request form
  2. The fee for live scan services
  3. Your valid photo identification
    • Current Driver License
    • Current Identification card issued by a State DMV
    • Current United States Passport
    • Current Resident Alien Card (Green Card)

Please Note:

  • Applicants must present a valid photo identification to the Live Scan Operator. Expired identification cards will not be accepted and paper DMV extension forms will not be accepted.
  • Our rolling fee is $20.00.  Rolling fees vary from location to location and cover only the operator's cost for rolling the fingerprint images. Additional processing fees are required for the State (DOJ) and Federal (FBI) level criminal history record checks. Other fees may also be required (i.e., license fees). The rolling fee is IN ADDITION to the DOJ, FBI and/or other fees charged by the entity requiring the live scan.
